Prices: All prices as stated on the website are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs.

 

Shipping costs:

For regular shipping within the Netherlands you only pay € 5.50 shipping costs and with a spending of € 75 this is already free!

If you want to exchange your item, we will take care of the shipping costs as a first exchange (not the return costs to us). From a possible second exchange, the shipping costs are € 5.50 per shipment (ie the third order) for your account.

If you return your order, the shipping costs of € 5.50 of the original order will remain at your expense.

Shipments outside Europe are € 29.99 via DHL.

 

Payment options:

In the webshop you can choose to pay by means of iDeal, a bank transfer, PayPal, AfterPay, Billink, Visa / MasterCard. We charge no extra costs for iDeal payments.

AfterPay - Postpay for private individuals and companies (Netherlands)
AfterPay carries out the entire post-payment process for [www.biggymanskleding.nl] . This means that you will receive a payment overview from AfterPay. Billink:

You can place an order with us that you only have to pay after delivery of the ordered products. On the checkout page you then choose the payment option 'Billink'.

For payments through 'Postpay' we need information from you that we do not require from you with other payment options. This information is only used by our payment partner Billink to check whether your request for 'Postpay' is accepted. After acceptance we take your order immediately and we will send it to you according to the indicated delivery times.

You will receive an invoice from Billink. The invoice must be paid to Billink within two weeks of receipt of your order.

Credit card:

Payment by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) gives you a return right of 14 days. Returns must be returned in original condition. On our 'Shipping & Returns' page you will find information on how to register a return. For online payments via credit card, we charge 3% on the total amount per order

  DPD package service:

Clothing items that are in stock with us and that have been ordered before 3 pm will be sent by us the same day. With an order after 3 pm, it will usually be delivered to you by DPD within 2 to 3 working days. If items are not in stock, the delivery time is 5 to 10 working days.

 

Return:

If you want to return an item, we would like to receive an e-mail within 10 working days in which you indicate which item you want to return and for what reason. After confirmation from our side, you can return the item. Shipping costs for returning an item are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Always include the return form with your return, with the reason for return and what your wishes are. After receiving your return we will contact you. We can not return money for discounted items. Instead, you will receive a value code via e-mail. You can then spend this on your next order.

Outlet items are not taken back, these can be exchanged (if there are other sizes of the same product) but the shipping costs for returning and sending are for the buyer his account!

You can also exchange an article for a different size or for another article of clothing. Please indicate this on the returned return form.

Return payments take place between 2 and 3 weeks after receipt of your return!
