Shipping & Returns


  • Clothing items ordered in stock and 15 hours are delivered the next day via DPD. (Note this is an indication, it may always be a technical problem a day later)
  • Orders placed Friday after 15:00, Saturday, Sunday and Monday will not be sent until Tuesday! Monday, our warehouse is always closed.
  • If you order after 15 hours, an order will usually be delivered within 2 business days.
  • For items not in stock, delivery time is 3 to 5 working days.
  • For regular shipping within the Netherlands you pay € 4.95.
  • For orders starting at € 75, - you will not pay shipping, except for delivery by mail, these will be € 14.95
  • Rembour shipment can be placed at a value of € 2000, all above is not provided by DPD.
  • If you want to exchange your item, we will charge you the shipping charge (as for sending to you, not for returning to us!) As a service at a first exchange. From a possible second exchange, the shipping costs are at € 4.95 per shipment for your account.

Tuesday ordered before 15.00 - Tuesday sent, after 15.00 Wednesday sent

Wednesday ordered before 15.00 - Wednesday shipped, sent after 15.00 Thursday

Thursday ordered before 15.00 - Thursday shipped, after 15.00 Friday shipped

Friday ordered before 15.00 - Friday shipped, Friday ordered after 15.00 this also applies for Saturday and Sunday only Tuesday sent due to closed from warehouse on monday !!!




  • If you would like to return an item, we would like to receive an email indicating which item you want to return and for any reason. After confirmation from our side, you can return the item.
  • Returns must be registered with us within 14 days at . After this time, we will not be able to accept your return unless otherwise agreed.
  • Items that are damaged should be notified to us within 24 hours of receipt. After 24 hours, the customer is liable for this and we can no longer accept it as a return, which is out of the way!
  • Returns submitted within 14 days must be returned within 5 business days. If this happens within 5 business days, the return will be refused! (Unless otherwise agreed)
  • Download the return form here.
  • Please note that underwear and swimwear are not returned due to the law of hygiene.
  • Always add the return form to your return, with the reason for returning and what your wishes are. Without the attached return form we will not be able to process your return.
  • Shipping costs for returning an item are for your own account, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  • Refund will be made within 2 to 3 weeks after return receipt.
  • For discounted items (outlet) we can not return any money. Instead, you will receive a value code sent by email. These can be reused at your next order.
  • Exchange an item for another size or for another item of clothing can of course also. Please indicate this on the forwarded return form.
  • Items purchased in the outlet are no longer taken back, not even exchanged unless otherwise agreed.
